Spartan Concrete Coatings is a project of David Brooks, the owner of Brooks Quality Painting. His experience as a painting contractor means he is not new to the industry. It’s rare that we tell a customer that we don’t have a solution for them when it comes to concrete coatings. We offer a product and installation process for anywhere that business or work is conducted including garage floors, pool decks, cafeterias, schools auto mechanic shops, and showrooms. Our coatings and techniques are durable enough to withstand rough industrial environments. With finishes like flakes, solid colors, polishes, and even custom graphics, we also bring a touch of aesthetic flare.

We are staffed by a team of full-time, W2 employees instead of contractors.
